i called my tree guy and he arrived this morning to look at the mess. it's going to cost a pretty penny but he will take down the tree, clean out the huge oak in the front yard, trim the hollies that are touching the roof, remove the invasive brazilian pepper trees which oddly enough are in the poison ivy family and can cause inflammation . . . . nancy, i hope you're reading that . . . and generally clean up the joint. yay. this makes me happy.
not as happy as this:
a nice serving of dill shrimp salad, even if i did get a little heavy handed with the mayo. slurp. i'm not sure what i'd do if i didn't live close to the ocean.
wobbling back to the yard, monday is scheduled to be mayhem day and let the wild things roar.

Mmmmmm, lunch looks luscious! I could eat the celery and that is all. Boo hiss on newfound allergies.
I know you'll be taking pictures and posting when the tree felling and trimming commences! (That was a hint!)
