In the midst of noshing down my pizza, the owner shows up with this huge plate of "Knots", compliments of the house. These little gems are to die for. Little nuggets of pizza dough baked and drizzled with diced garlic, butter, parsley and Romano. Little bites of heaven. Chocolate doesn't stand a change next to these babies. Really, they are that good.

OK, where is Broadway Restaurante??? I think I may need to do some follow-up investigation of the knots and see if they are as good as you say! ;)
