one fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish . . .

and so begins the feast of the seven fishes . . . a family tradition. There were smelts and stuffed airships, shrimp, cod, stuffed manicotti, ziti, meatballs, linguine and calamari, pork, sausage, veds and garlic bread. So we ate and ate and ate some more. Then portioned off the left overs. Even the wild cats got the left over raw calamari. Oh, and lemon meringue pie, a spiced log roll and various cookies. See the 9TS explode. See Jeanne implode.

and two gravies. Regular. Gravy with calamari. Some of us/me don't have a sensory fascination/love affair with calamari . . . unless they are fried . . . and served by Richard at Carrabba's.

And then there were some happy faces:

p.s. click on Joe's photo. Then check out the reflection in his glasses.

Merry Christmas to all.

How freakin cool is that reflection in Joe's glasses?!

And you got me again with the airships! I swear one of these years there will be an uninvited guest on your doorstep on Christmas Eve!

LOL! Very cool photo, Jeanne!

Glad you all had a magical Christmas and that your hubby loved your *BE* album!! I still don't know how you were able to keep it a secret!
