day 4 and still no side effects. YAY!
tomorrow is the kidlet's birthday. YAY!
tomorrow is also a much needed yoga and lunch day. YAY!
i finally got active in the pool and didn't drown. YAY!
thursday is cassadaga with the girls. YAY!
i haven't killed anyone recently. YAY! (not that i ever have, but i often get the itch. you know, like in traffic or when the lady with a full cart ahead of me in publix thinks the bar code scanner radiates her food and demands everything be keyed in by hand.)

and because I can't help myself. my PSA for today and everyday: get yourself checked. make an appointment with a dermatologist. go. slather on the sunscreen. stay out of noon day sun. melanoma is a tricky beast who strikes without rhyme or reason. do it for yourself. do it for your family. just do it!
