aaarrrrghhhhh . . .

Turns out, the nurse covering for our favorite nurse 'A', gave me the wrong name of the drug they intend to infuse.  It's Remicade not Rituxan.  Huge difference . . . and I even had her spell it for me.    Remicade is used to help the rutabaga problem caused by the Yervoy.  Very rarely do side effects enter into the equation.  So now all the paperwork has been shuffled to our insurance company and once we get an OK, off we go into the wild blue yonder.  Put on your seat belt dear Sloth and hang on tight.

EDIT:   Finally we have it straightened out.  We will see Dr. K. and get his labs done at Moffitt but the Remicade infusion will be done here at home. YAY!!!!  Everything has been approved.  Life is good again even if rutabagas stay on my s**t list for the rest of my natural born life.

One would think that at some point they would run out of hoops.

At least it got straightned out. For this time, anyway!
