I forgot I had a dentist appointment at 9:00.  Sigh.  Maybe I will try this evening.  My big honkin' blister and I need at least two miles in.

Squeaked in another 2.29 tonight!!!   Looked at the inside of my sneak to see what was causing the blister.  It seems I have worn a hole through the lining and the rough edges are the culprit.  Hello new sneakers tomorrow.
